About Us
Sharkia
(Eastern), represents the
bridge
between
the Western culture and the Eastern one.
On that
very day of May 21st, 1992, we started our first business
under the name of Sharkia Beauty Center. After
six years we started to expand and two other branches opened
in November 1998. Due to the Quality and Services
Sharkia was offering to its customers, we expanded to
have seven branches, the expansion and growing bigger in
volume had forced us to merge all branches under the newly
established company
Sharkia Life Group.
Today, Sharkia Center is
one of the largest in Kuwait, famous with its several service centers for
functional convenience.
In line with

ultimate commitments to customer care, they have proven to be the most
dominant competitive, professional and widely known.
SLG
plans to reach out to its customers by creating a work culture in which the
customer is the single most important factor. All activities are directed to
re-enforce trust in the company and the products it represent.

Marketing activities, sales and distribution to various points-of-sale
(POS), direct selling to consumers and establishing new outlets are
the major elements of
SLG
strategic plan.
To
support distribution, for customer service we have a fully equipped
warehouse of a storage area of 1200m2. A fleet of 10 delivery
vehicles equipped with the latest telecommunication system reaches the
clients on time.
Our
quality of delivery service to customers is acknowledged as one of the best
in the industry. Customer service is the key of success in

strategy.
